He was a previous partner at Friday, Eldridge & Clark where he represented the Little Rock School District in the Desegregation Case and on other matters. He is married to Sarah Fendley and works remotely from Albuquerque, N.M. Clay handles most of our Federal Court practice and helps draft Due Process Complaints.
